YIPEEEE!! I’m happy yet also saddened that I’m at the final tag as it’s been quite a fun ride!
Here’s Tim’s #12 Tag with great pictures and instructions.
Those word movers and shapers were another thing I was contemplating on getting for a while but I didn’t! Now I had to think of a creative way of filling in the middle of the ornament bulb with something. So I diecut some cardstock with some Be Creative tape on it using the Elegant Flourishes die. Then added some green microfine glitter to give it some bling
Who can resist bling??! I didn’t have mini pine cones either so I just subbed in a prima poinsettia where I added yellow stickles in the centre. Here’s the end result.

Not too bad, eh?
To answer a question I’ve been asked quite a few times…
Why did I do it?
Because I can.
But also because I needed to.
I needed to throw myself into it as I’ve been feeling quite depressed after my cat Sparkie passed away. I hadn’t been feeling right for quite a while before then too. I know I needed to challenge myself to actually do them this year too. I must confess, after I saw Tag 1, I thought…can I back out now?? LOL [Too late Spike you've announced it on your blog that you're doing it for charity so you can't chicken out!! Ah, HAAAAA!]
At some points, I thought well I can put in just enough of an effort but not go whole hog. That didn’t fly right with me either because what was the point of doing it, if I wasn’t going to do my best? That mere fact that I was even making them for a cause made it even more crucial to do my best! I think I grew a little too in those 12 days and will be looking at my art work a little differently.
Don’t forget, by tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 14th) they will all be on display at Classic on Alexander for viewing. While you’re there please purchase a ticket or three for the draw to win one of my Tags (of your choice) PLUS a class with me! Well a class taught by me and to clarify, it’s a paper crafting class and NOT one of my chemistry classes! lol All proceeds will be going to the Ann Davis Transition Society in Chilliwack, a really good cause to help those in need.
Thanks again for following me in my madness! And special thanks to my readers like yourself that take the time to reach out to encourage me on this wonderful paper crafting journey! Love you all!! XOXO
Love,
